7/5/2010 - Getting ready to head upriver

Well, Lulu and I both partied just a wee bit too hearty yesterday.
We're both feeling pretty punk today. Fortunately our haulout isn't
until around 7:30 and it only takes maybe an hour to get there so we
have all day to recover. You'd think we'd know better by now.

But we're not completely useless. Lulu did a last batch of laundry
and I got all the running rigging ready as well as generally sprucing
up the decks so we can walk on at least part of them. Now we're just
waiting for the freakin' wind to die down a bit so we can get out of
our slip without kissing the boat next to us.

If everything goes right, the next time you hear from me will be from
Riverbend Boat Yard.
