Been over in Albany today doing an outreach. That's where we put on
an assembly for the kids. Today's were K-5 and the subject was
sharks. So, no blog today unless this counts. Back at ya tomorrow.

Albany is hoppin' huh?...nope! I hope you're having fun. And on a different note, I was just talking with a patient about grits today! Yum!
here in north idaho we make grits with chicken broth and then the slow stir finishing with herbs and heavy cream. oh yea... parmesan cheese at the very very end... oh my ... with braised beef... jeepers
